Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do
uniform (dobok) 

 The uniform in Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do is dobok (a pajamas with a deep smell of a jacket and trousers) of white color. There are signs of distinction in the form of stripes at masters’ dobok. At 1st Dan a dark blue strip on trousers (on each side), width 2,5 cm. Since the 2nd till 7th Dan, the same stripe on a jacket, which goes from the shoulder to the bend of the wrist on each side of sleeves, is added. Since the 8th Dan, stripes with width 4 cm are applied. Do Ju Nim ("Keeper of the way", "Founder"), the owner of 10th Dan, at official style events can use a jacket of midnight blue color.

White color of dobok symbolizes the cleanliness of thoughts of Tang Soo Do practitioner, dark blue color symbolizes the successive connection of Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do with initial (parent) system Chung Do Kwan («Blue Wave School») of Grandmaster Lee Won Kuk.
