Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do - Hyeong

Basic principles:
1) Rules are based on modern «flags» system of refereeing, which is giving the staginess and the dynamism to formal complexes competitions.
2) Formal complexes are estimated by nine basic and three additional criteria.
3) The definition of the winner is executed by voting of a judicial panel.
4) According to the general tendencies in the international sports community, belts of sportsmen have red or blue color.

Features:
1) There are no restrictions on a site of style symbolic and additional distinctions on a uniform (dobok).
2) Participants can performance any Hyeong from the Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do arsenal. Thus, in each round of competitions Hyeong should not repeat.
3) In team competitions purposely asynchronous performance of Hyeong is supposed.
