On May 5 & 10, 2009 the Tong Il Kwan Tang Soo Do Promotion Test took place in Grodno for the Sport Martial Arts League members.

The final event in training season for Sport Martial Arts League members is Promotion Test, which take place once a year. Examination is the original report of students before their instructors.

Promotion Test (Certification) for Sport Martial Arts League members in 2009 took place in Grodno:
1) On May 5, 2009 – the Test for Masters to 1st–4th Dan;
2) On May 10, 2009 – the Test for Students to 8th–1st Geup.

At the second stage of the Promotion Test which took place on May 10 the atmosphere of solemnity and the importance of event reigned. After parade of participants, the National Anthem of Belarus sounded, then with a salutatory word the Sport Martial Arts League Chairman GM Alexander Maltabarov has addressed.

Results of the Test for Masters have been declared, by tradition the black belts are tied and Certificates are handed.

The Test for Students lasted 6 hours and has been divided into 2 parts. The first part – the examination to 8th–5th Geup, after which the demonstration performances of Tang Soo Do Masters have taken place. The second part – the examination to 4th–1st Geup.
